Jess Fink, M.A. CCC-SLP
Co-Founder, CEO
Jess received her Master of Arts in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Maine. She currently works as an Speech Pathologist and AAC specialist in schools, as well as a University faculty member teaching undergraduate and graduate coursework and supervising graduate clinicians. She has experience supporting school districts in building AAC infrastructure, including identification, assessment, system design, system implementation, intervention, and faculty and staff training. She feels passionately about ensuring that everyone has access to robust, successful communication and learning, as well as educating and supporting other professionals in this aim.

Carolyn Holz, M.Eng.

Carolyn received her Master of Engineering with a concentration in machine learning from MIT. She has over 10 years of experience building software at early stage companies, including several companies in the healthcare sector with products addressing the needs of patients and providers. Most recently she has managed engineering teams applying machine learning technology to problems within healthcare.
